Very cool spot. Friendly people and really affordable.
Super delicious and very fresh! We sat outside with our pup Ace ! Very polite friendly and attentive! We had the cheese steak and hot dog ... The hotdog didn't snap like it said it would in the description.. but the cheese steak was super fresh .. Overall the drinks and food were great polite staff .. definitely recommend.. would love to come back and try a few other foods and drinks on their menu
Most reasonable place to eat and drink in the Honesdale area. The food is great. The Roo special was out of this world. Don't miss out on the opportunity to check out this Dimond in our little town.
First time there, we had the loaded nachos adding chili. The chips are perfect - think crunchy taco shell. I also had the brisket sandwich which is house made and did not disappoint. The brisket was tender and flavorful.
Beautiful friendly bar. They even tried to locate our out of town baseball game on TV. Great service, drinks, and atmosphere.
Nice little bar in a small town. The menu is small but what they do serve they do well. The drinks are reasonable. The staff is friendly. Pool table, bingo nights, live music, karaoke , outdoor seating..... just go.
I stumbled across this place the other day when on Main Street in Honesdale. Very cozy place with a very small town vibe. Rather busy for a Tuesday lunch. Crowd. Was greeted by the bartender. She took our drink order and our food order. All our food came out quickly and was cooked to order. The Caesar salad had fresh chicken which was very nice. We're then greeted by the owner had a nice conversation with her and explaining a few things about the business. We felt like we were at home talking to somebody from our family. They do offer some nice specials and some happy hour stuff. The rest of the people inside the bar were very nice. Everybody was talkative and friendly. We will definitely stop in again next time we were in the neighborhood. Wish I would have found this place years ago. Thank you for a great afternoon
The experience was wonderful. The burger was perfectly cooked, The bun was thick yet soft, and the drinks were divine. I was recommended a morning shot on my first visit, had vodka on my second visit, and my third visit I was recommended a blue Jelly Rancher drink. I absolutely recommend this Tavern. Tuesday nights are bingo nights, so I hope to go there again on a Tuesday night.
